Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for solar/wind energy projects
- Develop circuit schematics using AutoCAD and EDA tools
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance validation
- Lead prototype builds and performance validation
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- 5+ years in power electronics or grid-scale systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice
- Experience with UL 1741/IEEE 1547 standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
