Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics systems for solar inverters and energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-efficiency power conversion circuits
- Develop simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE for system validation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong understanding of three-phase systems and grid-tied inverters
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance
