Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for aerospace applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer
- Conduct electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing and mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system designs
- Develop compliance strategies for FAA and international aviation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics
- Expertise in power electronics and high-voltage systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Certification in IPC-2221/IPC-2222 standards
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
