Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design including schematics, PCB layouts, and prototype validation
- Develop power electronics solutions for solar inverters and battery management systems
- Perform thermal analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing for high-voltage circuits
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize design workflows using AutoCAD and Altium
- Interface with vendors to source components and ensure supply chain resilience
- Document technical specifications and contribute to patent filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and modeling
- Certification in IPC-2221 PCB design standards
- Strong understanding of UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Experience with embedded C programming for microcontrollers
- Demonstrated project leadership with complex hardware launches
