Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial and industrial clients
- Develop and optimize circuit layouts using AutoCAD and Altium Designer
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for renewable energy integration projects
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and local electrical codes
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and analysis
- Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards
- Experience with SCADA systems and PLC programming
- Proven track record in renewable energy project implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
