Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and firmware integration for smart grid controllers
- Conduct power quality analysis and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Develop technical documentation and compliance reports for UL/IEC standards
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen energy storage systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or energy systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards
- Experience with embedded C/C++ and real-time operating systems
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma preferred
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technical projects
