Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-voltage power electronics systems for renewable energy applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct EMC/EMI compliance testing and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in circuit design
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Develop firmware interfaces for power monitoring systems
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Expertise in Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Certification in power systems analysis (e.g., PE license)
- Experience with embedded C programming for firmware integration
- Demonstrated project leadership in hardware development cycles
