Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-reliability PCB layouts for aerospace-grade systems
- Lead power distribution and signal integrity analysis for embedded electronics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware/software integration
- Perform EMC/EMI compliance testing and documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical design
- Support prototype validation through rigorous testing protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of DO-160 and MIL-STD-810 standards
- Experience with high-speed digital design and RF circuits
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
