Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of electrical systems, from schematic capture to PCB layout.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of power electronics to ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IEC).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the R&D department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and firmware developers, to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and BOMs.
- Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical design and PCB development.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, circuit theory, and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with simulation tools like SPICE, MATLAB, or PSpice.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 or similar quality management standards.
