Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex PCB layouts, schematic diagrams, and power distribution systems
- Lead prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
- Collaborate with software teams on firmware integration and system optimization
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, IPC) and regulatory requirements
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative engineering solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and power systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI testing and mitigation strategies
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR)
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management from concept to production
