Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical schematics for high-power charging systems
- Lead hardware validation testing for safety compliance (UL 1741, NEC)
- Develop firmware interfaces for power management algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and training
- Collaborate with product teams on system integration timelines
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies for efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in power electronics and high-voltage systems design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certified Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with battery management systems (BMS) integration
- Strong analytical skills for thermal management optimization
