Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design for high-voltage battery management systems
- Develop and optimize power electronics circuits for EV charging infrastructure
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UL 1741, IEC 61851, and automotive safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and high-voltage systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink modeling
- Hands-on experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
- Proven track record of delivering automotive or industrial power systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
