Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical schematics for battery management systems and power conversion units
- Lead prototyping and testing of high-efficiency power electronics components
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on thermal management solutions
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop failure analysis reports and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation software
- Strong understanding of 3-phase systems, PWM, and battery chemistries
- Experience with EMI/EMC testing and mitigation strategies
- Proven project management skills with hardware development lifecycle
