Responsibilities
- Design and optimize analog/digital circuits for industrial automation systems
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer with emphasis on EMI/EMC compliance
- Lead power electronics projects including motor drives and energy storage systems
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations for production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or industrial automation
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of IPC-2221 PCB design standards
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 for medical device development
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP a plus
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration
