Responsibilities
- Design and validate PCB layouts for high-reliability industrial systems
- Develop firmware for embedded microcontrollers using C/C++
- Perform power electronics simulations and thermal analysis
- Lead compliance testing for UL/CE/FCC certifications
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
- Document technical specifications and create detailed schematics
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques
- Experience with motor control systems and battery management
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 for medical device development
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma preferred
