Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle design and development of complex electrical systems and PCBs.
- Perform detailed power distribution analysis and component selection for high-reliability hardware.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of prototypes to meet stringent industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and peer review.
- Optimize system efficiency through advanced power electronics design and simulation.
- Author comprehensive technical documentation and design specifications for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in circuit design and hardware development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Strong grasp of power electronics, signal integrity, and embedded systems architecture.
- Deep understanding of regulatory standards such as UL, CE, and IPC.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience with FPGA programming or high-speed board design is a significant plus.
