Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics systems including inverters, converters, and energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-efficiency power circuits using Altium Designer
- Develop and implement firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Conduct thermal analysis and reliability testing of electrical components
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, SPICE)
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PCB layout for high-power applications
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and real-time programming
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage)
- Certification in power electronics or related field (PE preferred)
