Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection for power electronics
- Perform SPICE simulations and validate prototypes through rigorous testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for compliance
- Collaborate with software teams on embedded firmware integration
- Document all designs per ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design and validation
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1584 arc flash and NEC compliance
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar/wind inverters)
- Certification in PMP or PE license highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in leading projects from concept to production
