Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematics, and power distribution networks
- Lead prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic components and assemblies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and IoT platforms
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, CE, IPC) and regulatory requirements
- Document technical specifications, test procedures, and design documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in hardware design and embedded systems development
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power electronics
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC design and high-speed PCB layout techniques
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
