Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution networks for renewable energy integration
- Develop PCB schematics and layouts for industrial control systems using Altium Designer
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Lead prototype development and validation testing in ISO-certified labs
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design critiques
- Collaborate with firmware teams to implement embedded control algorithms
- Analyze system performance using MATLAB/Simulink models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in power electronics or industrial automation
- Expertise in IEC 61508 functional safety standards
- Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools and PCB design software
- Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems and motor drives
- Experience with renewable energy integration (solar/wind)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready hardware
