Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative electrical control systems
- Conduct advanced simulations using MATLAB/Simulink for system validation
- Oversee PCB layout and prototyping for power electronics hardware
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC international standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with R&D on next-gen battery management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or electronics design
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and EDA tools (Altium Designer)
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems, inverters, and energy storage
- Proven track record with UL/CE certification processes
- Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex electrical systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
