Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematics, and power distribution networks
- Lead prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design compliance
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams on integrated product development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, IPC) and safety regulations
- Document technical specifications, test procedures, and design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design for consumer electronics or industrial systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or equivalent EDA tools
- Expertise in power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, and signal integrity
- Strong project management skills with experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI testing standards and mitigation techniques
- Experience with automotive or IoT product development a plus
