Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution networks for next-generation products.
- Lead technical feasibility studies and provide innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards (IEEE, NEC).
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the consumer electronics or renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD/EDA tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or LTspice.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
