Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design projects from concept to production, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping
- Develop and validate embedded systems using microcontrollers and FPGAs for IoT applications
- Perform rigorous signal integrity analysis and power distribution optimization
- Design and implement test procedures to validate performance and reliability
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated product design and thermal management
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Ensure compliance with FCC, CE, and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product-level electrical design for consumer electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer or similar EDA tools for PCB design
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, and signal processing
- Experience with embedded programming (C/C++) and real-time operating systems
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI testing standards and mitigation techniques
- Proven track record of bringing complex hardware products to market
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
