Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of avionics power distribution systems and embedded control circuits
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and validation using industry-standard tools (SPICE, MATLAB)
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance verification for FAA/EASA certification
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of aerospace/aviation experience
- Expertise in high-reliability PCB design, power electronics, and embedded systems
- Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent ECAD tools
- Strong knowledge of DO-254/178C safety standards and certification processes
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded C/C++ programming
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines
