Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for solar/wind energy integration
- Develop PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer for smart grid components
- Lead EMC/EMI testing compliance and certification processes
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control systems for power inverters
- Document designs per ISO 9001 standards and create technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Certification in NFPA 70E electrical safety standards
- Expertise with AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
