Responsibilities
- Lead PCB design and validation for high-reliance aerospace applications
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems using C/C++
- Optimize power electronics for thermal and EMI performance
- Perform FMEA analysis on critical subsystems
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical documentation
- Interface with certification bodies for FAA compliance
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of aerospace/defense experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong background in motor control and power conversion topologies
- Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-160 standards
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain
