Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of high-voltage power distribution systems
- Develop embedded firmware for smart grid control interfaces
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and ISO 50001 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- Prototype and validate electrical systems in lab environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice modeling
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation techniques
- Proven track record in hardware bring-up and validation
