Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-voltage power electronics
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical documentation standards
- Optimize energy efficiency in power conversion systems
- Interface with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with IEEE/IEC standards
- Prototype testing and failure analysis in our state-of-the-art lab
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
- 7+ years in power electronics or energy systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PSpice simulation
- Certification in NFPA 70E or equivalent safety standards
- Experience with embedded firmware integration
- Strong analytical skills for complex system diagnostics
- Proven project leadership in regulated industries
- Published research in IEEE journals (highly valued)
