Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics systems for solar/wind energy integration
- Develop PCB layouts and perform signal integrity analysis
- Lead thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical workshops
- Create comprehensive documentation including schematics and BOMs
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Validate prototypes through rigorous lab testing and field trials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in power electronics design (solar/wind focus)
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice simulation
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62109 and UL 1741 standards
- Experience with SiC/GaN semiconductor technologies
- Proven track record in high-voltage DC systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
