Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of complex electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution networks.
- Perform detailed load flow studies, short-circuit analysis, and harmonic analysis using industry-standard tools like ETAP and AutoCAD.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into broader mechanical and software projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on advanced engineering challenges.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, construction drawings, and project reports for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power system design or related engineering fields.
- Strong proficiency in ETAP, PLS-CADD, MATLAB, or equivalent simulation software.
- Deep understanding of power electronics, motor control, and renewable energy integration.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
