Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture for industrial control systems
- Perform thermal analysis and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop firmware for embedded power monitoring devices
- Collaborate with product teams on lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PSpice
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and inverters
- Certification in Power Systems Engineering (P.E.)
- Experience with IoT integration in energy systems
- Track record of successful product launches
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
