Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial facilities
- Lead schematic development and PCB layout for IoT-enabled energy monitoring devices
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers on electrical safety protocols (NFPA 70E)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation
- Develop technical documentation and patent disclosures for innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62368 and UL 60950 safety standards
- Proven track record of leading complex electrical projects from concept to deployment
