Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-efficiency power conversion systems for solar inverters and energy storage
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, PCB layout, and component selection using Altium Designer
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical safety standards
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control system integration
- Develop technical documentation and patents for innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power electronics experience
- Expertise in switch-mode power supply design and thermal management
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and modeling
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Certification in IPC-2221 PCB design standards preferred
- Demonstrated project leadership in fast-paced R&D environments
