Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design projects from concept to production
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Design analog/digital circuits for power distribution and signal processing
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Document technical specifications and create design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics or industrial controls
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence)
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and motor drives
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers (ARM/STM32)
- Expertise in EMC/EMI testing standards (FCC/CE)
- Proven project leadership with hardware launch experience
