Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for renewable energy integration and smart grid applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and validating high-voltage power electronics
- Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD and EDA tools
- Optimize system performance through rigorous signal analysis and circuit simulation (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or smart grid technology
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent PCB design software
- Proven track record in designing high-efficiency power conversion systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in thermal management and EMI/EMC mitigation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex technical projects on schedule
