Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design lifecycle from concept to production
- Develop and validate PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Design power electronics systems including AC/DC converters and battery management
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews
- Research emerging technologies and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Proficiency with PCB layout tools (Altium/Cadence) and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and thermal management
- Experience with embedded systems (ARM, PIC, DSP)
- Proven track record of bringing products from prototype to production
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
