Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and develop complex electrical systems, schematics, and PCB layouts for high-voltage applications.
- Simulation & Validation: Utilize advanced simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink) to model system performance and conduct rigorous testing.
- Project Oversight: Manage project lifecycles from concept through mass production, ensuring adherence to IEEE, IEC, and UL standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues during the prototyping and testing phases.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet strict safety and regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including datasheets and design specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical design, with a preference for experience in renewable energy, automotive, or industrial automation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or PSpice.
- Programming: Solid knowledge of embedded systems and C/C++ programming.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a history of solving intricate engineering challenges.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical data to stakeholders.
