- Develop and maintain detailed schematics and circuit designs using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD Electrical and Altium Designer.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes to ensure compliance with IEEE standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate electrical systems into broader product architectures.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design, circuit analysis, or power systems.
- Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD).
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
- Experience with IEEE standards, NEC codes, and safety compliance protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments.
