Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead prototype development through simulation, testing, and validation phases
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on system integration and thermal management
- Ensure compliance with UL, NEC, and IEEE standards for safety and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design excellence
- Develop documentation including BOMs, test plans, and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, and control theory
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation software (PSIM, SPICE)
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation strategies
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind, battery storage) preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to production
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
