Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power distribution systems for aerospace applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system designs
- Research emerging technologies for potential implementation
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in Agile environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or defense electronics
- Expertise in power electronics and embedded systems design
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements
- Experience with DO-254 and DO-178C standards
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
