Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for solar/wind energy conversion
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for high-efficiency power electronics
- Conduct simulation and validation of complex circuit designs using MATLAB/Simulink
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical documentation standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence PCB tools
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor switching devices (IGBTs, MOSFETs)
- Experience with 3-phase inverter design and grid-tie systems
- Proven project leadership in cross-functional environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
