Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, schematics, and PCB layouts using AutoCAD and EDA tools
- Lead prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic components
- Collaborate with software and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Research and implement innovative solutions for power distribution and signal integrity
- Document technical specifications and provide mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay current with industry standards (IEC, UL) and emerging technologies
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and manufacturability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in circuit design and PCB layout for consumer electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA software
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and power electronics
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
