Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power systems and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct rigorous circuit simulations, component selection, and prototyping to validate engineering concepts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware engineers and mechanical designers.
- Oversee the testing and validation phases, ensuring compliance with IEEE and IEC standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Document all design specifications, schematics, and test reports with precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power electronics, embedded systems, or high-voltage engineering.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Cadence.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit theory.
- Experience with project management methodologies and Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
