Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Conduct power analysis and thermal modeling for high-voltage applications
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on compliance standards (UL, NEC)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen energy storage solutions
- Analyze test data and optimize system performance through iterative design cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or industrial automation
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Proficiency in Python for automated testing and data analysis
- Certification in P.E. (Professional Engineer) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 and IEC 61508 standards
