Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for commercial-scale renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer
- Conduct power system analysis and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink
- Develop compliance documentation for NEC and IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables
- Collaborate with R&D team to prototype new energy storage solutions
- Present technical proposals to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and EDA tools
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems and grid-tied inverters
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with energy storage system integration
- Proven project management of $1M+ engineering initiatives
- Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills
