Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and prototype complex electrical circuits and power distribution systems.
- Lead the PCBA development process from schematic capture to layout and manufacturing.
- Perform rigorous validation and testing to ensure compliance with global safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical and firmware teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Optimize system power efficiency and thermal performance under varying load conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs and engineering changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical hardware design.
- Expertise in Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools.
- Strong proficiency in power electronics, analog signal processing, and microcontroller integration.
- Experience with high-voltage battery systems or renewable energy hardware preferred.
- Deep understanding of EMC/EMI testing and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
