Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical systems for high-efficiency power conversion platforms
- Lead PCB layout optimization for high-voltage and high-frequency applications
- Develop embedded firmware interfaces for real-time monitoring systems
- Conduct thermal analysis and EMI compliance testing for industrial equipment
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design workshops
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (inverters, converters, SMPS)
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP preferred
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1584 and NEC standards
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
