Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for high-voltage power distribution networks
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for industrial control systems
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration
- Research emerging power electronics technologies and implement best practices
- Prepare technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or high-voltage systems
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Proven experience with thermal analysis and simulation tools
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
