Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog circuits.
- Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, signal integrity analysis, and power integrity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into mechanical enclosures.
- Lead design reviews, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry compliance (UL, CE, FCC).
- Manage the full hardware development lifecycle from initial concept to mass production support.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and test reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in design for manufacturing (DFM) and testability (DFT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in hardware design.
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
- Deep understanding of embedded system architecture and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).
- Proven track record of taking complex electronic products through certification processes.
- Experience with high-voltage and low-power circuit optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures at the board level.
